Ananda Yoga accelerate cosmic life:

Ananda Yoga uses asana and pranayama to awaken, experience, and control the subtle energies (prana) within oneself, especially the energies of the chakras. The objective of this Yoga is to use energies and to harmonize the body, uplift the mind, and above all to attune oneself with higher levels of awareness. One important characteristics of this system is the use of silent affirmations while in the asanas, as a means of working more consciously with the subtle energies to achieve this attunement.

This Yoga is an inward experience, not at all an athletic practice. A main feature of this Yoga is to prepare for deep meditation. Ananda Yoga helps to direct cosmic life force (prana) through the medulla oblongata to all parts of the body.

  1. I enjoy taking time to sit quietly and with my eyes closed and commune with nature. Listening to birds chirping while out in a park or field calms, quiets and tunes out all worries. A brief 5 minutes can be all that I need. This post is wonderful.
