Bow Pose an effective yoga for weight loss

Close your eyes and breathe for 3-4 times. Bring your head back to rest your chin on the floor. Grasp the ankles with both of your hands. Now lift your hips ,and continue breathing steadily and draw your shoulder blades onto your back. Now the your shoulders and legs. Now you are looking like a bow. Repeat this pose for 4-5 times daily.

  • This pose is very much effective for weight loss, it improves digestion and appetite, helps to cure obesity, cures constipation, strengthens back muscles.
  • It improves the function of your liver and kidney.
  • It cure menstruation disorder and improve function of the pancreas and also very beneficial in diabetes.
  • Ladies should not practice this yoga pose during pregnancy and in periods.
