How Does Premature Ejaculation Work?

You should know how PE works; so that you can manage the issue boldly. Premature ejaculation is controlled by our center nervous system. In the time you feel sexually simulated, the signals are directly sent to your brain and spinal cord. When you reach a particular level of stimulation or excitement, the signals are sent from your brain to your reproductive organs. This causes semen to be ejected by way of the penis.

There are two phases of ejaculation

  1. Emission
  2. Expulsion

What Is Emission?

Emission happens when your sperm moves from the testicles to the prostate and mixes with seminal fluid to make the semen. The VAS DEFERENS – meaning CARRYING AWAY VESSEL, also called DUCTUS DEFERENS – is a part of male reproductive system of many vertebrates. These ducts transport sperm from the EPIDIDYMIS to the ejaculatory ducts in anticipation of ejaculation.

What Is Expulsion?

Expulsion happens when your muscles at the base of the penis contract. Generally, orgasm and ejaculation occur at the same time. Research shows that some men climax without ejaculating.

Symptoms Of Premature Ejaculation

The main symptom of PE is the inability to delay ejaculation for more than 1-minute after the penetration. Moreover, the issue may happen in all sexual situations, even some people face during masturbation. PE can be classified as – Primary and Secondary.

Primary – Lifelong and Secondary – Acquired

Lifelong ejaculation happens all or nearly all of the time starting with your first sexual intercourse. On the other hand, acquired ejaculation normally develops after you have had previous sexual intercourse sans ejaculation issues.

The majority of men feel that they have premature ejaculation, but they do not need to consult with doctors regarding this matter, so they do not consult with their doctors and meet the diagnostic criteria by which they could be cured.
