Salmon: Salmon is beneficial food for those who are facing skin problems, such as – psoriasis, dry, aging complexion etc. This food is very much effective for them. Nutritionist claims that salmon diet or the salmon with salad in a meal offer optimum health prevention, which helps you to make younger looking and disease free skin. We know that Omega-3 fatty acid helps to improve skin related problem and some of the other diseases such as – reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Thus, salmon helps to improve your skin glow and prevent ageing.

Yogurt: Yogurt is one of the healthy food. It is a fermented milk product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. Tomato: Studies proved that tomato contains high quality of lycopene which is anti-oxidant properties. This vegetable can prevent cancer. This food or vegetable can prevent and decreased the risk of prostate cancer. This vegetable is a rich source of potassium that plays an important role of nerve signals, fluid balance in our body, control blood pressure, insulin resistance, fatigue, weakness and intestine disorders. Because of its anti-oxidant properties, vitamin – A and vitamin – C it helps to improve glowing skin and prevent different black spot, acne, pimples etc. for this reason this vegetable is widely used in the manufacture of skin and beauty products. 

Green Tea: Green tea contains a variety of amino acids, carotenoids, enzymes, carbohydrates, lipids, polyphenols, caffeine, dietary minerals and vitamins related compounds. This drink has numerous health benefits. A study has shown it can prevent cancer (breast, prostate, ovarian and endometrial). Free radicals formed when ultra-violet rays of the sun effects our premature aging.

Kiwis: – Kiwis is a good source of Vitamin-E. It is one of the important superfoods for healthy skin. It is proved by different studies that Vitamin-E has the capability to reduce ultra-violet induced skin cancer. This is also a source of anti-oxidants, which is helpful to prevent aging throughout the body.
