I’m sure you’ve heard of people getting up by sunrise to start their morning runs and workouts. How to Start Doing Exercise After Waking Up

Here are some of my effective tips that helped me and other people get up for exercise:

Keeping It Short

Unless you’re a professional athlete, I’m sure you’ll be dreading the mornings if you plan a three hour run around your neighborhood. Instead of making your workouts long, keep it short and simple, enough for you to get your heart pumping and your mind happy. I recommend that you start out with ten minutes and bring it up to half an hour, changing the time depending on your schedule and the type of workout you like.

Have Something to Look Forward To

To wake up encouraged and ready to workout in the morning, you must have something to look forward to! Think about a piping hot breakfast as a post-workout meanl, or an event that encourages you to lose some of the inches. You can even create goals to achieve, such as running a whole lap straight or lifting a certain weight successfully. Even a good running song or cute shoes to reward yourself with after will get you up and off to exercise.

Stick to a Routine You Love

No one wants to continue a workout every day if they don’t like what they’re doing. Explore and try out different workout routines and sports, finding out which one you like. Stick to it and advance with better posture and intensity every few weeks. You can even change it up by adding more exercises, though don’t stress your body into doing too much or workouts will seem more like a chore. Remember your rest days!

As long as you balance fun and healthy workouts with appropriate rest days, you’ll have a ton of fun with the variety and passion for whatever exercise you choose to do.

Put the Alarm Far Away and Keep On Moving

This is the number one rule to waking up in the morning, and it can help get you moving once it’s time to wake up. You’ll need to stand up to shut off the alarm clockand instead of sitting down, have your workout clothes prepared the night before so you can change and get ready to go in minutes!

Focus on the Health Benefits and Fun

Instead of looking into the calories burned for weight loss, opt to see the better side of early morning workouts, such as increased energy, better mood, and even reducing the risk of heart diseases and cancers. Plus, if you bring a buddy along, it will be such a fun activity that turns into a friendly competition you’ll look forward to.

In Conclusion

Have you ever wondered to yourself: “Why am I tired in the morning?” Then it’s not just because of your quality of sleep, but how you spend your mornings! Instead of waking up at the last minute, opt to wake up half an hour earlier to get your blood pumping for more energy and better health.
